Meal Plan Accommodations

Meal plan accommodations are available based on disability-related needs. Since living and learning in community is an important component of the UP mission, it is University policy to include students with disabilities in communal dining arrangements to the greatest degree possible.

Accommodations available:

  • Meal Plan Exemption

Make a request:

  1. Schedule an appointment with Susan Ayres

  2. Assemble documentation of disability to upload with the request. For guidelines, please see Disability Specific Forms and Criteria.

  3. Use UP network credentials (your UP username and password) to log in and complete the online Accommodation Request Form. Form submission will require an upload of documentation of disability.

  4. Students must email the Office of Residence Life to notify them of all pending Meal Plan Exemption requests.

  5. Monitor your UP email account for communication from AES regarding evaluation, recommendation, and planning.
