Learning Commons

  • Peer tutoring sessions will be fully available online.

Accessible Education Services

  • All services are available online and all academic accommodations will be honored.
  • Students who have underlying health conditions that prevent them from attending in-person classes may apply for a special COVID-19 accommodation by contacting aes@up.edu.

Faculty Office Hours

  • Faculty members will have access to their offices, but faculty office hours should be conducted online to assist with the de-densification of academic buildings.
  • Based on relevant health and safety guidelines, faculty members may be asked to work from home as much as possible to assist with the de-densification of academic buildings.

Advising

  • Program advisors will be available online.
  • In-person advising sessions may occur by appointment and with observation of all relevant health and safety guidelines.

Clark Library

  • Hours: M-TH : 10 a.m.–10 p.m., F: 10 a.m.–4 p.m., Sat: 10 a.m.–4 p.m., Sun: 1 p.m.–10 p.m.
  • Online: There is a wealth of online information resources and tools available through the library website. Contact the library for help with finding and using online resources.
  • Library Building:
    • Main floor open only, including main floor study rooms for single users. Tables and seating arranged for individual study.
    • Occupancy will be limited according to relevant health and safety guidelines
    • Building access will be limited to members of the UP community
  • Library Services:
    • Book, media, and equipment checkout available at Main Floor front desk, including interlibrary loan and Summit. Request items through the catalog for delivery to the front desk.
    • Research help and Digital Lab services primarily online, including online consultations for in-depth assistance.
    • No computer lab available, but laptops available for checkout.
    • Printers and copier/scanners available.
