Post your Internships, Part-Time and/or Full-Time Jobs on Handshake

  • Increase Your Exposure: Be sure your contact information is visible, so students can reach out. To do this, go into My Profile – Account – ensure “Public Profile” is checked.  
  • Keep Postings Up to Date: Revisit and expire any opportunities that are no longer available or applicable.   
  • Expedite Approval: Let us know if/when you’ve posted an opportunity or event, as we will expedite the review and approval process for you.

Virtual Events 

Recruiting for open positions? Utilize the event feature within Handshake to host a virtual recruiting event to promote your open positions. 

We want to be conscious of our students experiencing webinar fatigue in our increasingly virtual world. Please be aware of the number of external, academic and internal virtual event/programs our students are asked to engage with. Our goal is to reduce the number of virtual events for both students and employers while providing meaningful, direct information to students seeking information about your opportunities.

Get Creative with Information Session Topics! 

Our students are eager to hear industry insight from Recruiters/HR Managers! While we encourage you to cover the basics (company overview, mission, DE&I initiatives, job/internship openings etc.) get creative with your career themes!

Are you an expert in one of the following areas? Consider focusing your event’s message around professional insight or best practices for: virtual interviewing, networking tips, job/internship searching during COVID-19, resume/cover letter advice, etc.
