“As a member of the Operations team, some of my internship responsibilities included managing admissions for the many programs we offer, providing academic support to potential future students, and making sure the kitchen is fully stocked with food for all the students. I also coordinated fun events for the students and staff such as kickball and game night.

I applied for this internship because I wanted to experience working in a professional workplace environment full of passionate individuals. I learned a lot about the work that goes on behind the scenes for managing an office and operating a company. This experience taught me the importance of collaboration, ideation, and reflection in development of a successful product. After graduating from UP, I plan to pursue a MBA and would like to work for a startup or growing company with individuals who are passionate about the product that they are creating.”
