Commencement Boxes

Due to the virtual Commencement ceremony, each student will receive a Commencement Box. On the Commencement Checklist, students can choose to have their box delivered or they can pick it up. The boxes will be delivered or picked up between April 29th - May 5th.

International Destinations may receive their box at a later date.

PICKUP: Students who choose to pickup their box will receive an email with instructions about where to pick up their box. Boxes will be available for pickup from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

SHIPPED: Students who choose to have their box shipped to them will receive tracking information from UPS once their box has shipped. For international destinations the box will be sent the best way for that country.

 The contents of the Commencement Box will include the following items:

• Cap with Tassel & Gown (Hood for Masters/Doctoral students)
• Diploma Cover
• UP Stole of Gratitude
• Commencement Programs
• A few other fun surprises!
