About

Anjanette ("Anjie") Raber, PhD, RN, is an Associate Professor at the University of Portland School of Nursing and Health Innovations and served as the BSN Director 2019-2023. Dr. Raber completed her PhD in Nursing Research at the Oregon Health and Science University in 2013. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, GA in Evaluation Science where she was on the domestic front lines during the Ebola outbreak. Additionally, she has worked at the local, state, and federal levels to support policy changes and implementation. Her research, evaluation, and quality improvement interests are grounded in nursing education.
