Briana Rotter, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, completed the doctor of nursing practice degree at the University of South Alabama with a sub-specialty in nursing education. Dr. Rotter also completed a master of science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner with a sub-specialty in palliative care at the University of South Alabama. She has a passion for educating students on nursing interventions for quality palliative care.

Dr. Rotter received her baccalaureate degree in nursing from University of Portland in 2011. Her clinical nursing experience includes working with the geriatric population, providing home based primary and palliative care as a nurse practitioner, as well as working in the inpatient setting in medical-surgical nursing.
