Updates to Care

Students Remaining in Oregon

Students residing in Oregon can access over the phone services with an HCC provider. Treatment options may vary but can include: triage, diagnosis and treatment of illness, general health consultation, medication refills, and referrals.

*If a student schedules an over the phone visit with an HCC provider, they should make note of the following items:

  1. When scheduling your appointment, please provide the phone number at which you would like to use for this service.
  2. The provider will call the student at the time of the appointment.
  3. Students must complete an online confidentiality & consent to treatment form prior to the phone appointment. This can be found in the student’s Secure Patient Portal under ‘Medical Clearances’.

Students Leaving the State of Oregon

Due to licensing restrictions, students who are returning to their homes outside the state of Oregon will need to follow-up with a provider in their home state. The HCC staff remains available for locating providers and navigating insurance questions.
