Levels of Assessment

The alignment of objectives from course to program to college to university creates a corresponding alignment of outcomes at multiple levels to the mission of the university. Consequently, there are four main levels of academic assessment at the University of Portland: the university level, the college level, the program level, and the course level.  Student Affairs assessment similarly encompasses multiple levels of assessment including the division level, the program level, and the individual activity level.
