Equipment Rental

Staff and faculty may request to borrow AV equipment by emailing, calling, or visiting the Media Services office.  When using Virtual EMS to reserve a campus location, AV equipment should also be requested on the same service order.

Semester-long, repeating orders should be made a week before the semester begins, while one-time orders should be made at least 48 hours in advance. All requests are filled on a "first-come, first-serve" basis and equipment availability is always dependent on current demand.
