Guide to Faculty COVID Testing

Faculty have been placed in high-, low-, and no contact groups to assist with efficient testing and ensuring a healthy campus community. Continue reading to find out what that means for you. (Or see the related flow chart for a visual representation.) If you're unsure which testing group you've been placed in, contact the Office of the Provost.

High Contact Faculty

  1. Download the Campus Clear App for self screening and check symptoms daily before coming to campus.

  2. Download the Carbon Health App.

  3. Schedule the first baseline test with an off-campus provider.

Those with negative results can continue working as normal.

Those with positive results should contact the Provost’s Office, isolate off campus, and contact personal health providers for next steps.

  4. Schedule a second baseline test upon receiving an email from Sean Ducey.

Those with negative results can continue working as normal.

Those with positive results should contact the Provost’s Office, isolate off campus, and contact personal health providers for next steps.

  5. Participate in "more frequent" surveillance testing.
