We are currently in a holding pattern, watching all air indexes and forecasts to determine if we will be able to open on Friday, September 18, to students.  We will make a decision as soon as we feel confident that weather will either provide a safe Air Quality index reading or not.  We are watching PurpleAir, Airnow.gov, Windy.com, Accuweather and weather forecasts by local news professionals.  We will need to introduce outside air into our facility's HVAC system so it must be at a safe level.  We will update our website when possible but for earliest notification, we will communicate via Instagram & Facebook, @uprecservices and @portlandintramurals.
