Registration and Advising Survey

The information you provide on the Registration and Advising Survey will be used to create your schedule, and is critical in enrolling you in the most appropriate classes.  Incoming students can use the link below to access and complete the survey. Completing the survey may take you 30 - 40 minutes. If you have any problems viewing the survey, you can contact the UP Help Desk at 503.943.7000 (open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm).

Tips for completing the survey

  • It is recommended that you complete the survey on a computer or tablet, not on a mobile device.
  • Do not use double quotation marks (“) in your survey responses.
  • Press the “Save” button if you are going to start the survey and complete it at another time.  There is a “Save” button on each tab of the survey.  Saving the survey does not submit your answers.  Your answers can be changed until the survey is submitted.
  • The questionnaire will not be submitted until you click on “Submit” on the final page.
  • You will know it has been submitted when you receive a message that states “Congratulations, your survey has been submitted”
  • Make sure to navigate away from the final page. Close your browser once you have submitted the survey and received the survey complete message.
