Why did you decide to enroll at UP?
I love the small class sizes and having the college-town feel while still having easy access to the big city!

Best memory from living in the residence halls?
Helping 2nd floor (best floor) win during Floor Wars by winning a game of Duck-duck goose.

Favorite UP activity?
Going to Merlo Field for the soccer games!

Favorite UP event?
Christmas event put on by CPB. My sophomore year they had an inflatable build-a-bear spot and I got to make a cute penguin! I loved that so much.

Favorite meal served on campus?
An easy-riser breakfast sandwich with a smoothie from the Anchor. This was always a winner for me, especially after a morning of hitting the gym.

Plans after UP?
If you had asked me at the start of college, I would have said law school. At this point in my life, I'm not 100% sure that's still what I want but as I continue to figure that out, I really want to do something service-oriented that will allow me to continue to develop professionally. Because of this, I am leaning towards applying to Fulbright next year!

Favorite Portland area destination?
The Alberta district. It's super close to campus and has a ton of good food spots. Love!

Favorite UP professor?
Giannina Reyes. Love her. She is a Spanish professor at UP and if you get the chance to take her I would highly recommend it 10/10!

Favorite UP class?
Education and Politics with Dr. Trout

Fun Fact
I am left handed.

Favorite Quote
"siente porque vivir lo hace cualquiera"

What is one piece of advice you would give yourself if you were a high school senior again?
It's really not that serious, live a little!
