Events: Film/Photo Crews

The University of Portland does allow a limited number of carefully screened film and/or still shoots on its campus. Please call the events office to discuss your project and schedule a site check.

Filming is allowed in most quads, some exteriors of buildings, some classrooms, hallways, auditoriums, sidewalks and streets. Locations will be approved on a case by case basis and is contingent on the academic calendar and the availability of the specific location.

The University’s catering contract is with Bon Appetit Management Company. Bon Appetit has first right of refusal for all film/still shoots.  They may be contacted at (503) 943-7330.
