Erica Bailey, MS, RN, CNE, is an Instructor and Clinical Relations Specialist at the University of Portland, School of Nursing and Health Innovations. Instructor Bailey completed her BSN degree at Linfield College in 2011 and master's degree at the University of Portland in 2016. She joined the faculty of University of Portland in 2017 after working as an RN for the Veteran Affairs Portland Health Care System. Her areas of interest include racial and social justice, leadership and health equity.
