 The Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Minor at the University of Portland provides students with knowledge, skills, and dispositions to understand, apply, and promote SEL across diverse settings. Students explore SEL through psychology, neuroscience, and equity perspectives while developing practical strategies and leadership skills for fostering well-being, resilience, and positive relationships.
