About

Barbara Bloom-Groshong is an Instructor at the University of Portland's Pamplin School of Business.  She obtained her Juris Doctor at Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon.  Prior to her Instructor position, she has served as Adjunct Faculty and Visiting Instructor/Executive in Residence at the University of Portland since 2015.  Barb previously worked at the Bullard Law Firm in Portland, Oregon from 1992-2014, where she was a Shareholder attorney specializing in labor and employment law.  She represented clients in labor negotiations and arbitrations, as well as performed employee and supervisory training sessions.

Barb received a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California and studied abroad at the Institute of European Studies in London, England. She has been a recurrent guest lecturer at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon.  During her time at the University of Portland, Barb has taught Legal and Social Responsibility in Business, Advanced Business Law, Cross Cultural Organizational Behavior and Ethics, and Introduction to Leadership courses.  Barb is a member and frequent presenter for the Pacific Northwest Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
