Cecilia Lin is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Portland's Pamplin School of Business. She earned her B.S. and M.S. from San Jose State University, and her Ph.D. from the University of North Texas. Her research interest is in the area of financial reporting quality and international accounting, with an emphasis on the capital market issues related to the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standards. Her recent publications include articles in the Australian Accounting Review Journal of Accounting and Finance and International Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Performance Evaluation. She has taught Principles of Financial and Managerial Accounting, Accounting Information Systems and Advanced Accounting.
