Madhuparna Kolay is an Associate Professor of Finance in the School of Business at the University of Portland. The focus of her research is in the area of corporate finance and her special area of interest within that is in capital structure, financial distress and corporate bankruptcy. Dr. Kolay earned her Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Utah.
