About
Nikki Warthen, MSN, RN, is an Instructor at the University of Portland, School of Nursing and Health Innovations. Instructor Warthen completed her MSN degree at Grand Canyon University in 2015 and BSN degree at the University of San Francisco in 1994. She joined the faculty of University of Portland in 2018. Instructor Warthen has worked in different nursing positions at OHSU since 1996 and is also a certified health coach. Her passion is working with students at the bedside in the professional practice setting. She enjoys seeing students apply and transfer theory into practice.
