About

Rebecca Neal is the Assistant Dean for Students for Shiley School of Engineering. She joined Shiley School of Engineering in 2022 as an Academic Advisor. This is her third university to work with over a decade in numerous academic affairs roles in admissions, teaching, and academic advising.

Her role at Shiley gives her the opportunity to be committed to supporting student success from the first semester through graduation. She serves on the Workforce Development Committee for ASEE (American Society for Engineering Education) helping students in a holistic approach to academic success.

When Rebecca is not at work, she is spending time with family and friends and getting away to the coast, particularly Yachats, as much as possible!
