Cancel or Change an Appointment
Please call the Health & Counseling office at 503.943.7134 or email us at hcc@up.edu to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment as it allows another student who needs care to utilize that time.
Some appointments may be canceled through the patient portal. Please log in and go to "Appointments" to see if your appointment can be canceled independently.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
While we appreciate cancellation notice at least 24 hours’ before your scheduled appointment time, we realize that this may not always be possible. In the interest of maintaining our appointment availability, students who cancel an appointment within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or miss (“no-show”) a scheduled appointment may incur a $30 fee. This late cancellation/ no-show fee will be billed to the student using the address on file at the Health & Counseling Center.
