*Trip times 8 a.m. -5 p.m. except where listed. Departure and return times are subject to change. Trips may be postponed or cancelled due to weather and safety conditions.

Registration, Policies, Accommodations
Be sure to review the information below for full details regarding Outdoor Pursuits Trips & Programs. Complete your registration online through the link below.
- Trip Registration closes on the Sunday before each trip at 12:00 p.m.
- In-person Registration- Come to the OPP Office in the Beauchamp Recreation Center during OPP office hours.
- Online Registration (UP only) Follow the link below using your UP username (without @up.edu) and password. A computer is recommended as some phones do not display the registration portal properly.
- Full payment is due at the time of registration. Please check your calendar carefully and register only if you know you can attend.
- Waiting list- Trips sell out, so if the trip you want is full, please sign up for the waiting list and we'll let you know if a spot opens up.
- Refunds are only issued if OPP cancels the trip or program.
- Credit for future trip- Participants who notify OPP at least two weeks prior to the start of their trip can request a credit toward a future trip. email opp@up.edu. Unused credit cannot be refunded.
- Participants who do not give at least 2 weeks notice prior to the start date of the trip they signed up for will NOT receive a credit toward another trip. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions to this policy .

- Financial assistance is available for all trips and programs offered by Outdoor Pursuits.
- Please reach out to the Outdoor Pursuits Program Manager ( oppmail@up.edu) to request scholarship funds for a trip.
