Operations & Technology Management
The OTM curriculum is designed to develop the skills needed to manage and improve business operations through the integrated use of theories and methods from both operations management and information technology (IT). The OTM program is one of three 4+1 programs offered where students can earn an accelerated graduate degree in just one year.

Dr. Mike Eom's research paper, “Building ESG Reporting Architecture & Capabilities through Artificial Intelligence (AI): Dynamic Capabilities Perspective-enabled ESG Reporting in Museums,” (with T. Grimmer, W. Kim, & H. Jung) was nominated as Best Conference Paper, at The 32nd America’s Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), Reno, NV, August 20-22, 2026. The paper was accepted for presentation and will be published through the conference proceedings.
