With its emphasis on experiential learning, the program builds foundational skills in business strategy, finance and budgeting, marketing, and leadership crucial to launching any venture. Whether you aim to start a standalone company, drive creative change inside a firm, or build an impactful social enterprise, this program provides a practical toolkit of valuable skills that can be applied to nearly any field. 

Entrepreneurship Minor Courses

The Entrepreneurship Minor curriculum builds a foundation in the core process of creating a venture. Explore creative problem-solving and market opportunities in Innovation. Discover, develop, test, and present a financially viable new venture in Entrepreneurship Opportunity Assessment. Understand the importance of accounting in Entrepreneurial Finance and Budgeting. Electives develop high-demand skills like Project Management and Design Thinking. For students accepted into the Entrepreneur Scholars program, the curriculum takes an international focus through courses such as Global Entrepreneurship and includes apprenticeships with real world entrepreneurs and travel to New York and abroad.
