The Jed Foundation*, has an anonymous, confidential, online mental health resource center to help you manage your emotional health, cope with challenges, and support the people in your life. You can also take confidential self-evaluations+ for many common mental health concerns, including:

After finishing an evaluation, you will get results immediately and recommendations for seeking help.
