Dr. Jeromy Koffler serves as the director of student activities.  In his role, he is responsible for executing the mission of the department and developing and administering all activities, programs, services, and events.  Among the programs implemented by the department and the student groups advised by the department are the Associated Students of the University of Portland (ASUP), Campus Program Board (CPB), Clubs and Organizations, Diversity and Inclusion Programs, Pilots After Dark, The Beacon, The Log, KDUP, New Student Orientation and Junior Parents and Families Weekend.

Jeromy came to the University of Portland in January 2003 after working in student affairs at St. Martin’s College (1998-2003) and Linfield College (1994-1998).  Jeromy’s scholarly work centers around leadership development and the sophomore college student experience.  He serves as a member of the Franz Center’s Dexheimer Leadership Fellows training team for coaches and instructors.

Jeromy’s strengths are Learner, Achiever, Analyzer, Responsibility, and Arranger.  Jeromy and his wife have four children.  In his free time, Jeromy can be found playing board games, hosting trivia competitions, attending live music events and sporting events, and coaching softball.
