Career Services: Job Fairs
The University of Portland hosts several internship and job fairs each year. For more information on any of the fairs listed below, please contact Max Kalchthaler.
The NW MBA Consortium Career Day, coordinated by the University of Portland, Oregon State University, Portland State University, the University of Oregon, the University of Washington, Washington State University and Willamette University, is for all current MBA students at the participating institutions. The NW MBA Consortium Career Day will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013 at the Oregon Convention Center.
The Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair will be held February 22, 2013 at the University of Portland. The fair is open to UP students and alumni majoring in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, math, physics, and environmental science.
The First Avenue Career & Graduate School Fair sponsored by the Oregon Liberal Arts Placement Consortium (OLAPC) for business and liberal arts majors will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 at the University of Portland. The First Avenue Career & Graduate School Fair is coordinated by nine liberal arts institutions including: Eastern Oregon University, George Fox University, Lewis & Clark, Linfield College, Pacific University, Reed College, University of Portland, Western Oregon University, and Willamette University. The fair is open to current students and alumni who have graduated in the past ten years (Class of 2002-2012).
The UP Internship Fair was held on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Please check back in August/September 2013 for details about next year's fair.
