Transitioning from High School to College
The National Center for Learning Disabilities provides information to parents, professionals and individuals with learning disabilities.  The National Center for Learning Disabilities has published a paper titled Strategic Planning to Ensure Success for Students with Learning Disabilities to assist students with learning disabilities and their parents with the transition from high school to college.  Some of the topics addressed include the differences between the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, students' rights and responsibilities and documentation requirements.
