In the City of Portland:
Portland is big on livability, big on visit-ability, and is very accessible. Portland has it all: natural beauty, a thriving music and arts scene, a variety of activities, and some of the best seasonal, locally produced dining in the world, most of it accessible by the convenient and eco-friendly light-rail system.

In the Columbia River Gorge:
The Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area is a year-round recreational area offering the best of outdoor activities. The Columbia River is the second largest river in North America, starting in northern Idaho and southeastern British Columbia, and traveling over 1,200 miles to the ocean. Through millenniums of geologic events, waterfalls have found their home in the Columbia River Gorge. A visit to the area is not complete without a visit to the breathtaking waterfalls.
