Student Activities: Ohana

Ohana is a pre-orientation retreat and excursion for multicultural first-year students.  The 2013 Ohana is scheduled for Tuesday, August 20 until Thursday, August 22, 2013.

Ohana is a Hawai’ian word for family and at the University of Portland, creating family and community is an important part of our mission.  Ohana focuses on the transitional needs of multicultural students. Led by current University of Portland students and past Ohana participants, the Ohana experience is a time to establish new friendships, learn about University of Portland and the Portland area, discover academic and cultural resources, and relax at a spectacular camp setting.  Come join us for Ohana!
