6:00PM - Farm to Fork Dinner: A Celebration of the Summer Harvest
Join the culinary wizards at Bon Appetit (founded by alumnus Fedele Bauccio '64/'66 MBA) as they transform our Reunion Tent into an outdoor kitchen extravaganza! This multi-course, multi-hour dinner will highlight the wonderful bounty of the Pacific Northwest summer harvest, pairing delicious wines and beverages with the best produce and meats that our local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen have to offer. $99 per person, RSVP required.

8:00AM - National Alumni Board Golf Tournament
The National Alumni Board Golf Tournament is your opportunity to enjoy a day on the links and help raise scholarship funds for current students. Join us on the splendid greens and fairways of the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, ranked by Golf Digest as one of the Top 100 courses. Registration cost includes greens fees, golf cart, continental breakfast, tee prizes, awards, buffet lunch, and a donation to the NAB student scholarship. Space is limited to 144 golfers. As always, this event is expected to sell out, so sign up early. Check-in is at 6:30 a.m., followed by an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start. 9:00AM - Mt. St. Helens Bus Tour - SOLD OUT
This tour is SOLD OUT. Contact the Alumni Office to get on the Wait List in case of cancellations. In May 1980, Mt. St. Helens, located a mere 68 miles northeast of the UP campus, erupted in the deadliest and most economically destructive volcanic event in the history of the United States. Join professor of Geology, Bob Butler, and the Molter Chair in Science, Steve Kolmes, on this trip to the Johnston Ridge Observatory, where you can look directly into the slowly-rebuilding crater. Begins with a pre-trip briefing, location TBA. $47 per person, includes activity fees and lunch. Space is limited and RSVP is required.
9:00AM - Class of 1964 Willamette Valley Wine Tour
Members of the Class of 1964 will discover the delicious wines and beautiful scenery of the Willamette River Valley. Trip includes wine tasting (reds and whites) at a premium winery and a Winemaker's Lunch in Dundee. Leave from Mehling Hall, return to campus around 4:30 p.m. Members of the 50-Year Club Class of 1964 have first priority for this tour. $70 per person, includes lunch and wine tasting fees. Space is limited and RSVP is required.

Join in prayer with alumni, faculty, and friends at Mass in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher, 12:05 p.m. Free.
2:00PM - Friday Reunion Hospitality Lounge
Located in the Mehling Lounge, the Reunion Hospitality Lounge is the place to catch up with classmates and friends in a casual setting, and enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. Free.
5:30PM - First Salzburg Class of 1964-65 Reception
This is the class that started it all! In 1964, this lucky group of intrepid travelers headed the call to become the first class of “Salzburgers.” Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, share pictures, laughs, and memories. Begins at 5:30PM in Buckley Center room 163. Free. Please RSVP.
6:00PM - Villa Maria Pig Roast Dinner
Join the viri superbi for a classic Pig Roast dinner in the Villa Lounge starting at 6:00PM. While the pig is roasting during the day, Villans will stand watch, consume appropriate adult libations, play pick-up games of horseshoes in the Burley Pits, throw the frisbee, and perhaps even run a few impromptu races around the quad. This is the official kick-off event of the Big Villa Reunion. $15 for adults, $9 for Young Villans (2004-14). Please RSVP.
6:30PM - Bierstube on The Bluff Welcoming Reception
You don't have to wear your lederhosen or dirndl, but if you have them, this is the place to suit up! Reconnect with friends as you enjoy the atmosphere of our traditional Bavarian beer hall. Enjoy delicious, substantive snacks like pretzels, radishes, and bosna sandwiches, and wash them down with a half liter of Stiegl, Hofbrau, or Occidental Hefeweizen bier. There will be a brief multimedia presentation celebrating the Salzburg Study Abroad program at 7:00 - all are welcome! Doors open 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. underneath the Reunion Tent on the Academic Quad. $13 includes food. Beer and wine available for purchase. RSVP preferred, walk-up registration available.
8:30PM - Late Night Talent Gasthaus & Discotheque
Recapture the spirit of the late-night college days as we invite alumni to play, sing, or entertain, in their own unique fashion, in our Euro Gasthaus pub and Discotheque beginning at 8:30 p.m. Interested performers should contact the Alumni Office by June 17 to get on the play list, and sample tracks are required. Free, performers required to RSVP.
9:00PM - Villa Night at the Races
Though the actual genesis of the Races is shrouded in the mists of time (for some insight, check out the thread on Facebook), for at least 16 years Villans have been running around the quad in an attempt to settle disputes and maintain honor. The Alumni Night at the Races will be no different. Part of the Big Villa Reunion. Free, no RSVP required.

7:00AM - 12 Step Open Meeting
All are welcome to this open meeting for anyone in a 12 Step program. Join us for fellowship and support in a friendly and safe environment. Meeting takes place in Buckley Center, room 163. Free. Coffee and pastries provided, no RSVP required.
8:30AM - The Old Stomping Grounds 5K
Attempt to set your new personal best in this 2nd Annual 5K race. Course will wind around the upper campus and nearby neighborhoods, beginning and finishing in front of the Alumni House. $10 includes t-shirt and snacks, please RSVP.
9:30AM - University Museum Open in Shipstad Hall (Closes at 4:00PM)
The University Museum will be open Saturday, June 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. View priceless objects associated with the University's past. Visit the Museum by entering the main doors of Shipstad Hall. Admission to the Museum is free.
The Museum is located on the lower level of Shipstad Hall, and contains photographs and memorabilia illustrating the University of Portland’s historical, religious, social, and educational history. In addition to the regular collection, you'll find special exhibits in the Museum and in cases on campus. They also host the excellent University Museum blog online which documents the rich history of the university, student life, and the University Park neighborhood.

Join us for a Zumba Fitness-Party, led by certified instructor Ernest Yago ‘97/’05! Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international music. Learn about the exciting changes coming to campus over the next few decades as you hear what the University plans to do with the reclaimed land along the Willamette River. This tour will start atop the Bluff, and involve a fair amount of walking as you visit the property below adjacent to the river before walking the steep grade back to the top. 11:00AM - "Put a Lunch On It" - Pilot Food Cart Pod
Portland has become known nationwide for its wide variety of delicious street food, available from hundreds of food carts, congregated together around the city in "Cart Pods". We're bringing the phenomenon back to Reunion! Enjoy a fresh, hot lunch from the Pilot Cart Pod, set up near Mehling Hall on the west side of campus. Cash and credit cards accepted.
11:00AM - 50-Year Club Mass
All alumni are invited to Mass in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher. This Mass celebrates the important 50-year milestone for the class of 1964. Mass begins at 11:00 a.m. Free.

Noon - 50 Year Club Luncheon
Celebrate with the fabulous Class of 1964 as we induct them into the 50 Year Club! This semi-formal luncheon features reflections by the University President, the taking of a class photo, and the presentation of an official 50 Year Club lapel pin to each member of the class. Previously-inducted members of the 50 Year Club (classes prior to 1964) are invited to join in the luncheon for free. Free for all alumni from 1964 and prior, $12 for guests. 2:30PM - Retired Professors Reception
Join with us to celebrate 8 longtime teachers who retired from the classroom in May 2014 after mentoring and befriending thousands of UP alumni over the years: Herman Asarnow (English), Susan Baillet (Psychology), Kathy Crabtree (Nursing), Bob Duff (Sociology), Thom Faller (Philosophy), Chris Kodadek (Biology), Caroline Mann (Library), and Fr. Claude Pomerleau, C.S.C. (Political Science). Reminisce and rejoice with these faculty emeriti in Franz Hall. Free.
3:00PM - Kiddie Funland
This play park is open to children ages four and up (younger children are welcome with a parent). Kiddie Funland includes a basketball toss game, a professional face painter, a huge blow-up slide, and, best of all, child-friendly scientific art projects with the university's beloved "mad scientist", Dr. Ray Bard. You can check your children in for supervised play or stay and play with them. Open from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Free to play (BBQ dinner $7 for children under 12), please RSVP.
3:00PM - Men's Basketball Alumni Game
Join Coach Eric Reveno and the men's basketball coaching staff for an afternoon on the court. Come show off your skills or just reminisce about past stories. Former players are invited to come play or just watch the intrasquad game in the Chiles Center, refereed by the Pilots coaching staff. Warm up on the court beginning at 2:30PM, tip-off at 3:00PM. Celebrating special anniversary milestones, members of the classes of 1944, 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, and 2009 are invited to meet and reminisce before the Welcome Home BBQ on The Bluff. Each honored year class will have a dedicated gathering space. Snacks and complimentary beverages will be provided. 4:30PM - Welcome Home BBQ - MAIN EVENT
Gather with friends and family underneath the big tent on the Academic Quad to enjoy a traditional summer BBQ cookout with burgers, hot dogs, and all the fixin's. Wine and beer will be available for purchase. Professional photos will be taken outside on the steps of Franz Hall throughout the afternoon for all honored year and Salzburg classes. To find friends and classmates, check out the Decade Gathering Tents alongside the main tent and dance floor. Dinner begins at 4:30 p.m. and photos begin at 5:00 p.m. Dinner will be served until 8:00 p.m. Adults: $15, children under 12: $7. Walk-up registration available, but we encourage you to RSVP so that we have enough food and drink!
8:00PM - Welcome Home Dance
As the dinner winds down, the dance floor heats up! Enjoy a wide selection of curated music from DJ Dennis Marcellino, blending rock & roll, pop, swing, country – a little something for everyone. Children are welcome to watusi to the music too, or you can take advantage of the childcare available in the Bauccio Commons. Childcare is available for pre-registered guests if reserved by June 15. Dancing begins at 8:00 p.m. Included with dinner.

All alumni are invited to join in the celebration of Mass in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher. University president Rev. E. William Beauchamp, C.S.C., presides and the alumni choir leads us in song. Mass begins at 10:30 a.m. Free.
11:45AM - All Alumni Brunch
As the final gathering of Reunion Weekend, this is your chance to say farewell to friends over a buffet style brunch in the Bauccio Commons following Mass. Please join us as we re-live cherished memories one more time. Brunch begins at 11:45 a.m. Adults: $12, children under $12: $7. Please RSVP.
