1901 Alumni Scholarship

Pilots supporting Pilots–that’s what this scholarship is all about.

Since 1901, UP alumni have given back to their communities and supported each other. Founded by UP alumni and stewarded by the UP National Alumni Board, the 1901 Alumni Scholarship seeks to directly support students with a demonstrated financial need and encourage recipients to continue their engagement with the UP community as they transition from students to alumni.

Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year are currently being accepted.

Requirements

To be considered for this scholarship, the student must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a full-time student at the University of Portland;
• Be in good academic standing;
• Be on track to graduate in 2024, 2025, or 2026 (i.e., a rising sophomore, junior, or senior);
• Have a financial need; and
• Submit a letter of endorsement from a University of Portland graduate or staff member highlighting your engagement with the University of Portland community.
