To ensure that your mail or packages go out the same day, USPS must be received in Mailing Services by 2:45 p.m. daily and UPS must be received by 3 p.m.
When hand-delivering mail to Mailing Services, please utilize the mail drop slots in the vestibule. Mail may also be dropped in the mail drop slots located in Buckley center where it is picked up twice daily.
Packages with prepaid labels may be dropped off any time during office hours Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-4 p.m. (closed noon-1 p.m.)
Mailing services is not allowed to ship alcohol, batteries, firearms, or potentially flammable items such as perfumes.
We only accept outgoing international packages with a prepaid shipping label/customs form. You can prepare and pay using the online Click and Ship tool available at USPS.com. Custom forms are also required for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories. For detailed information go to USPS.com.
