Cardio Party
Get your cardio on with Spin & Latin dance in the same session. This class is fun for everyone!
Yoga
Increase muscular strength, flexibility, toning, and definition through the use of isometric poses. This inviting class teaches relaxation and meditative exercises designed to reduce stress. All levels are welcome.
Dance Aerobics
Hip Hop & Jazz dance with cardio taught by K.C. Learn dance moves while getting your cardio workout! Free class for all levels.
Total Body Workout
Looking for a workout that hits your whole body? This workout gets your abs, arms glutes with some cardio worked in to help you look and feel great. All levels welcome!
Spin
Cardio, legs, glutes, calves...Your body will feel great after this intense workout. Shape up and take care of your most important muscle, your heart! Spin bikes are limited so get there early!
Kickboxing
A highly aerobic workout utilizing combinations, footwork, and rope work.
Latin Dance
Latin dance class featuring Salsa, Merengue and additional popular Latin dances. This class will teach you all the moves! You will want to take your skills to the local establishments!
