Collaborative for International Studies & Global Outreach

Bienvenidos to the Collaborative for International Studies and Global Outreach (CISGO) website! Here you will find a variety of international programs that provide University of Portland students different opportunities to study, live, and serve overseas.

CISGO strengthens learning that empowers individuals by providing opportunities to connect students, faculty, staff, and communities as partners in promoting empathy, intercultural awareness, and international engagement. Through facilitating transformative experiences with local and global perspectives, CISGO creates and supports initiatives that connect the entire UP community with partners around the world.

CISGO’s vision is a University community where all have the ability to appreciate the value of diversity, work toward building equity in our interconnected world, and uphold a belief in the dignity of all humankind through meaningful international and intercultural connections.
