Open Daily: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The University of Portland Conferences team is here to support you throughout your stay. During our summer operational hours, we are available to assist with:

• Audio/Visual Requests
• Room Lists & Setup Details
• Conference Preparation
• Contracting & Invoicing
• Maintenance Needs
• Door Unlocks
• General Support

After-Hours Support (8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.)

For urgent issues outside of our operating hours, please call 503.943.7538. Your call will be redirected to Campus Safety, who can assist with door access and life/safety emergencies. All non-emergency requests will be addressed the following day.
