Deliberate Dialogue Sessions

The University's next strategic plan will be the product of collective ideation. Community members are encouraged to attend the Deliberate Dialogue sessions listed below. Each session will be hosted by a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and will offer community members a chance to voice their perspective on UP's next strategic plan.

Additional Deliberate Dialogue sessions will be posted to this website in the weeks ahead. Please also refer to forthcoming communications from session hosts for further details on each session.

Prior to participating in a Deliberate Dialogue session, attendees are encouraged to review the Strategic Planning Introductory Document.

Student Affairs professional staff and student leaders will host a series of smaller, private dialogue sessions throughout November. Each Student Affairs department (Residence Life, Student Activities, Campus Ministry, Moreau Center for Service & Justice, Campus Safety, and the Health & Counseling Center) will utilize their department meetings to consider the strategic planning process.

Additionally, the ASUP Senate will discuss strategic planning at its Monday, November 8, 2021, meeting. Finally, each Residence Hall Council will discuss strategic planning at their regular November meetings, and information on a session for off-campus students is forthcoming.
