Rhonda graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering. As well as being part of the NAB Scholarship Committee, Rhonda’s
interests include spending time with family and friends, outrigger canoe
paddling, running, hiking, golfing and traveling. She spent 16 enjoyable years
in San Diego working for the Department of
Transportation and the County of San Diego before moving back to Hawaii in 2004. She is currently living in
O’ahu and working for the Department of Defense - Army on Schofield Barracks,
while also taking time to become reacquainted with friends and the places of Hawaii. Rhonda wants to
hear from you!
