2. Dental insurance for employee and eligible family members on 1st of month following start date. University pays entire premium.
3. University paid group life insurance coverage equal to 1.5 times annual salary. Eligible on 1st of month following start date. Additional coverage for employee and family available through payroll deduction.
4. UP paid Long-Term Disability plan that provides 60% of salary. Eligible on 1st of month following start date. Additional coverage available after one year. Short-term absences involve use of sick leave earned at the rate of one day per month.
5. 95% Tuition Remission after 90 days of FT employment. Dependents eligible after 3 years of continuous FT employment. Employee and spouse may take up to 18 credits per year. Dependent children eligible for 100% FT undergraduate remission.
