Grounds

The landscape of UP is one of the first things all visitors to our campus notice.  Our Grounds team is responsible for this overall image, as well as the sustainability, and health of the campuses 140+ acres.

Landscape

  • Lawn care
  • Tree and plant care and planting
  • Hardscaping (pathways, walkways, etc.).
  • Irrigation management, water sustainability.
  • Exterior drain and storm water management.
  • Exterior pest control
  • Emergency storm remediation, snow removal, de-icing.
  • Daily cleanup of debris for safety in parking lots and walk ways.
  • Exterior trash removal.

Exterior Building

  • Pressure washing exterior of facilities.
  • Roof/gutter cleaning and maintenance.
  • Green roof maintenance
  • Flood mitigation
