Catering:

Bon Appetit  – Our exclusive catering partner is Bon Appetit. They provide food service for a sustainable future by using local ingredients. Their food is cooked from scratch, including sauces, stocks, and soups. (Salsa, too!) A pioneer in environmentally sound sourcing policies, they’ve developed programs addressing local purchasing, overuse of antibiotics, sustainable seafood, the food–climate change connection, humanely raised meat and eggs, and farmworkers’ rights. They’re grateful to have been recognized by many leading foundations, nonprofits, and industry associations for our work.

Equipment:

Interstate Special Events – Offers equipment rentals, delivery, set up, breakdown, and event emergencies. Whether you’re throwing a small backyard picnic, an old-fashioned wedding, or a corporate mega-event, our experienced professional staff will work along with you to ensure that every phase of your event runs smoothly and successfully.

West Coast Event Productions - West Coast Event Productions, Inc. is an event production, design and rental company based in Portland, Oregon.

Lighting, Video & Sound:

Unison AV – Specializes in audio, lighting, and video services and rentals.

Hollywood Lights – From corporate conventions to arena concerts, Hollywood Lights, Inc. has the equipment and experience to put it all together with the exceptional customer service and superior equipment you won’t find anywhere else.

Signage:

Color Innovations – Color Innovations is a locally family owned and operated print shop in Gresham, OR. They offer large format and digital printing services. They are able to print anything from banners to business cards.

Forge Graphics – Forge specializes in graphic design and large format print. Their services include manufacturing, delivery, and installation services for events, retail, museums, as well as academic & athletic environments. Their products include wall murals, window graphic, banners, event signage, specialty fabrication, and vehicle wraps.

Higgins Signs – Our goal is to produce a unique and original product designed to draw attention to your business. Vehicle wraps, banners of all sizes, A frames, pop-ups, wall wraps, beautiful metal prints and much more!

Transportation:

Blue Star – Our modern fleet of motor coaches, charter buses, shuttle buses, and shuttle vans are ready to serve Portland area business travelers, families, groups, tours, corporations, schools and more.
