Upcoming Events for Spring Semester 2024

  • Activities Fair: 1/19 from 4:30-6:30 pm at Beauchamp
    • Stop by our table at the activities fair to learn more about on-campus wellness resources, and to hear about our upcoming events for the semester. 
  • Mental Health Resources Week tabling:  1/24 & 1/26 from 11:00 am -1:00 pm at Pilot House
    • We will be highlighting mental health resources that help support students and sharing ways to de-stress as the term progresses. Stop by for free snacks and swag!
  • National Eating Disorder Awareness Week: 2/26-3/4
    • We will be working to raise awareness of eating disorders while highlighting the importance of supporting healthy relationships with food and body positivity within our campus community.
  • World Sleep Day: 3/15
    • Want to learn more about sleep hygiene? Want to win some prizes to help your own sleep? Stop by our workshop to learn more!
  • Rock the Bluff Wellness Spotlight : 3/22 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on the Pilot House Plaza
    • Rock the Bluff is a super fun and exciting event in the UP community! This event will highlight ways to stay safe and healthy while having fun at Rock the Bluff. 
  • Sexual Assault Awareness Month: April
    • During April, we will be raising awareness about interpersonal violence prevention, specifically related to sexual assault. 
  • Cannabis Education Fair: 4/19 11:00 am-1:00 pm on the Pilot house Plaza
    • This event will encourage harm reduction and education about safe use of Cannabis. Stop by for free snacks and fun activities. 
  • Finals Snacks and De-Stress: 2/29 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the library
    • Need a treat or a break during finals? Stop by our table in the library to grab a snack and take a break!
