Mental Health Screening Tool

Curious if you should connect with a counselor? Worried about a friend? Looking for resources to learn more about your mental health?

Created by the Jed Foundation, Ulifeline is an anonymous, confidential, online resource center, where college students can search for information regarding mental health and well-being. On the site, students can also take confidential self-evaluations for the following concerns:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Eating Disorders
  • Alcohol and Substance Misuse Disorders
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

After finishing an evaluation, you will get results immediately and recommendations for seeking help.
