 The Registrar’s Office is currently closed for construction. In-person services will be available by appointment only. If you have any questions or requests, please reach out to our office by email at or by phone at (503) 943-7321. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Office of the Registrar will be available for all services to the University community. Please visit our page on the UP Portal for instructions on how to access services.  Here is some helpful direction for our most frequently requested services:

  • Registration
    • The program counselors will be handling all registration changes, questions and issues. Please contact your program counselor regarding your schedule, changing classes, course approvals, etc.
  • Change of Address
    • Please update your local address either in Etrieve via the Update Local Address form or in Self Serve. 
  • Transcripts
    • Electronic transcripts are currently available through the National Student Clearinghouse. You can find information and instructions in the portal at Registrar–Students/Requests or on the main web page at under Students/Transcripts. Rush service will not be available. 
  • Enrollment Verifications
    • Any forms or verifications that need processing can be sent to and we will be responding as necessary and in the order they are received.
