Welcome to the Office of the Registrar.

The University will be online for the Fall 2020 Semester.  During this time, please contact the Registrar’s Office via email at registrar@up.edu for assistance with your requests and questions.  We will be open for limited hours at the beginning of the semester.  Please email us before you come in so we can direct you to the right office or individual.

The Office of the Registrar will continue all services to the University community while instruction continues online. Please visit our page on the UP Portal for instructions on how to access services.  The following is some helpful direction for our most frequently requested services:

  • Registration
    • The program counselors will be handling all registration changes, questions and issues. Please contact your program counselor regarding your schedule, changing classes, course approvals, etc.
  • Change of Address
    • With classes online for Fall 2020, please submit the address you will reside at during the semester as your local address. Please update your local address either in Etrieve via the Change of Address form form or in Self Serve. 
  • Transcripts
    • Electronic transcripts are currently available and you can request them via Self Serve. You can find information and instructions in the portal at Registrar–Students/Requests or on the main web page at up.edu/registrar under Students/Transcripts. Rush service will not be available. Please do not fax your request.
  • Enrollment Verification/Certifications
    • Any forms or certifications that need processing can be sent to registrar@up.edu and we will be responding as necessary and in the order they are received.
