Re-Admit Applicants

Many students who have been previously enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate program at University of Portland and plan on returning to complete their degree at UP will need to reapply through the Office of the Registrar. If you were granted a Leave of Absence when you left UP, you may not need to reapply. Please contact the Office of the Registrar for information on your re-admit status.

If you need to reapply after contacting the Office of the Registrar, please print out the application below and send it to the Office of the Registrar. If you attended another university or college after you left UP, we will need those official college transcripts in order to process your application.
