Group Visits

Group Visits are available on select Tuesdays at 9 a.m. and Thursdays at 2 p.m. 

We do not offer group visits in the months of September, October, March, and April due to our high volume of campus visitors.

• We accommodate up to 30 high school students at one time.
• Group Visits can include a 60 minute campus tour and an optional Q&A session with an admissions counselor. The campus tour will cover academic buildings, library, chapel, dining facilities, and recreation center. 
• Please contact us to arrange a visit as early as possible; available dates will book quickly!
• One chaperone for every 10 students is required.
• We ask that requests are limited to one group per school/organization to allow for as many student groups as possible to have a chance to visit campus.

Sign-up: Please email admissions@up.edu with your Group Visit request. 

Starting Point: Your student-led campus tour will take off from the front steps of Waldschmidt Hall. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your group. 

Campus Map: Find the main parking lot and Waldschmidt Hall on our campus map. 

Arriving by bus? Park in the main lot and walk to the Office of Admissions, located on the 2^nd floor of Waldschmidt Hall.

Carpooling or in a van? Park in the admissions guest parking right outside our office (look for the purple signs). 

Please note that for the safety of our visitors as well as our campus community, all school groups must arrange for official visits through the Office of Admissions.
