Tech Support Portal
In the UP Tech Support Portal you can submit or check the status of help tickets, search for how-to guides in our knowledge base, download supported software, and more.

For departments requesting technology capital dollars ($5000 or greater) as part of an upcoming budget cycle, pre-consultation with the IS department is needed. Please complete the following form and an IS staff member will reach out to you.
