Help Desk

The Help Desk provides tier one technical support to members of the University of Portland community. We provide complete support for UP-owned computer hardware. You may contact us for assistance with passwords, office phones, wireless, software, and most other technology issues. We are here to help and we look forward to working with you!


Location: We have reopened in Buckley Center 106! Please note that at this time, due to staffing constraints, we require that you schedule an appointment ahead of visiting. To do so,  please visit our scheduling calendar.
